32' to 40' fifth wheel, tandem axle, sound attenuated trailer. Two separated work areas, elevated observation deck for flight control, full view tinted windows, high recovery air conditioning, awning, and multiple work stations. Includes wind monitor station, wind sock, strobe beacon, programmable radio package, programmable scanner, refrigerator, printer-fax-scanner, high speed satellite and/or air card internet, wireless environment access, and Panasonic CF-52 "toughbook" computer.
PORTABLE AIR BASE CONTROL TOWER on this agreement includes 15 KW generator power for Helibase Comm & I.T. components only, to operate as a self contained unit. Air traffic control and communications equipment are backed by a 12 volt emergency battery system to maintain operational integrity in the event of power fluctuations or interruptions. Work stations have outlets for AC power, DC power, external antenna, and multiple phone lines. Includes Technician, transportation, daily cleaning, maintenance, and service. Does not include air traffic control personnel.
